Positive: I stayed at Willowbend for a craft show in town. The staff was very courteous and went above and beyond. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. It was a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back.

Positive: The most I liked was the receptionist lady and her name was Alvira/ Alvera- she was so cooperative and so kind, she wanted to help and she was amazing, she is tye best. I may come again because of she as the main reason.

Negative: I found a cockroach in the bathroom, that annoyed me as I have an allergy and phobia of insects.

Positive: No breakfast supplied but the coffee and lunchroom were good. The beds and room were very comfortable. The staff was lovely!

Negative: Bathroom was a bit run down, but that bothered us not a bit. Nice and spacious, great shower. Checked all the boxes except of course breakfast would have been nice. But great for the price, we thought

Positive: New owners just took over this week. It’s an older basic 2-story hotel that is clean and comfortable, but it’s not fancy. No pictures on the walls, no headboard. They provide a couple packets of shampoo and a hairdryer is available at the front desk upon request. They make coffee in a common room which is nice and the staff are very friendly.

Negative: The decor is sparse but good value in my opinion.
